As head of the design team, I was in charge of defining both the gameplay experience and the narrative experience of the project, creating an unique experience for a Multiplayer competitive game.
As Game designer I was in charge of the Core gameplay design of this multiplayer competitive experience. I worked designing the gameplay loop, UI/UX, AI behavior, Combat design & level design and also I was part of its implementation.
As Narrative designer I was in charge of the project’s world-building, lore, dialogue writing and characters’ story creation. Being a competitive game focused on the characters that both players have to choose, it was extreamly important to create interesting and charismatic characters who represent quick-to-understand gameplay concepts from their visual and narrative design. The spatial narrative was also a highlight of the game, since we coudn’t spend time with cinematics or long dialogue scenes in this fast-paced gameplay that reminds games such as League of Legends, Overwatch or Dota in its format.

Inglorious is a Dungeon Crawler SplitScreen indirect competition where two players will compete in a race to see who defeats more enemies and beat the Final Boss first.
The players will absorb the souls of the enemies when they kill them and use it as currency to improve their progress or to slow down their rival's progress.
